Meryl Braconnier (she/her) is a Master of Environmental Management candidate (’26) at the Yale School of the Environment. She specializes in People, Equity, and the Environment, passionately considering the intersections of food justice, regenerative agriculture, and environmental storytelling. Originally from Massachusetts, Meryl studied at the University of Vermont and worked for three years on Vermont water quality and agricultural conservation initiatives. She farmed on small-scale organic vegetable operations (VT, CT) and assisted with food justice and community-building initiatives in New Haven, CT through the 2025 O’Shaughnessy Global Food Fellowship. Outside of school and farming, Meryl loves nature walks, stand-up comedy, and fantasy novels.
