Sophie is from Alta, a small town in the Wyoming Rockies. She grew up around ranches and vegetable farms, which shaped her love for food and the people who grow it. When she's not in the valley farming, she's up in the mountains trail running, skiing, or backpacking to her heart's content. Here in New Haven, she is so excited to stay connected with the land and community all that she can, whether through running up and down East Rock or pulling weeds at the Yale farm!
